Giving Back

We Know What Matters.

At the end of the day, we're more than just a bunch of people who are good at advertising…

We're a bunch of good people.

We really walk our talk — community is ingrained in our culture. Our employees have opportunities year-round to give back through our Multiply the Moments for Others campaigns.

Adopt-A-Family
A christmas tree and presents
The truth is, the holidays can be a not-so-happy time for families facing physical or psychological challenges, unemployment, or homelessness. Each year, Campbell-Ewald partners with a local organization to “adopt” families in need during the holidays. Let’s just say that our employees are generous…there’s barely room to walk through the lobby with all the gifts donated for both parents and kids.
Creativity for Campbell-Ewald Kids

For all the late nights and long hours our employees often put in, we figure we owe a little something to their families. So we sponsor a summer day of fun activities for everyone, designed to engage kids in the advertising arts and encourage their own creative expressions. There’s food, bouncy things, air-brushed tattoos, art projects, and some good quality time with the fam. What could be better?
Kids for Camp

Remember going to camp as a kid? The fresh air, the games and competitions, the delicious camp food… Kids for Camp is our opportunity to help 20 deserving kids in our area have the summer camp experience of a lifetime. We pay their way and send them packing with all the supplies and equipment they need to survive. (*Note: not responsible for middle-of-the-night pranks on the cabin next door.)
Gift of Giving

We spend six weeks every fall raising donations — and employee awareness — for a wide-ranging set of local and national non-profits. Employees are encouraged to give to the charities that are meaningful to them. Which they do. Liberally. Campbell-Ewald is responsible for donating more than $1 million over the course of the year through volunteer leadership and mentoring programs, pro bono efforts, and charitable donations. And, it’s a good excuse to get our executives out of their offices to play in our annual Bocce Ball fund-raiser.

We’re one of those agencies that really takes our client work to heart, so to speak. In 2007, we held our first fund-raising 5K Run/Walk on behalf of our client, the American Heart Association. In its second year, we raised $15,000 to support heart disease awareness.
